Leroy Ladyzhensky is Co-Owner and Principal of Integrated Network Concepts. With more than two decades of leadership experience, he specializes in networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery. Known for his strategic guidance and technical expertise, Leroy is committed to helping clients achieve long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children and bowling.

Michael Bates is Vice President and COO at Integrated Network Concepts. Since joining INC in 2022, he has helped expand managed services, led the company’s SOC 2 compliance efforts, and focused on exceptional client support. Michael values working with a talented, dedicated team. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer and has spent years coaching and mentoring young athletes.

Christina Wade is Integrated Network Concepts’ Area Vice President. Known for her passion for building relationships and community involvement. A familiar face at local events and business organizations, she enjoys connecting with clients and helping them find the right technology solutions. Outside of work, Christina is an advocate for law enforcement families, an avid traveler, and a proud mom.

John Zacharyasz is a Senior Systems Engineer at Integrated Network Concepts with 19 years of experience. He holds a CCNP certification and enjoys solving complex IT challenges while helping mentor and develop fellow engineers. Outside of work, John enjoys making maple syrup during the winter and has a knack for repairing small engines.

Ed Vanek is the Director of Solutions Engineering at Integrated Network Concepts, bringing nine years of experience with INC. He specializes in network infrastructure, virtualization, data backup, and disaster recovery, and holds certifications including Cisco CCNA and VMware Certified Professional. His mechanical engineering background gives him a unique approach to solving complex technology challenges.

Cole Robertson joined Integrated Network Concepts as a Help Desk Engineer in 2023. Known for his dedication to learning, he earned his CCNA certification within his first year—a significant achievement. Cole enjoys INC’s collaborative culture and helping clients solve technology challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, spending time with family, and exploring great food and films.

Rose is the Manager of Finance and Administration at Integrated Network Concepts and has been with the team for over 11 years. She oversees the organization’s financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions. Rose enjoys supporting the success of the entire organization by maintaining strong financial controls and creating efficient processes.

Logan Dutro is a Systems Engineer at Integrated Network Concepts and has been with the team since 2018. He contributes to innovative technology solutions and enjoys helping clients improve reliability, security, and performance across their IT environments. Outside of work, Logan enjoys tabletop role-playing games, spending time with his wife and their dog, Icee, and exploring vegetarian cuisine.
